To day clashed with the Gosford Swap Meet Date. The Weather was great
Sunshine all day for a change. Nineteen Members decided to go Cruzin.
The days Cruzin started at the Motto Farm Motel, on the Pacific Highway at Heatherbrae at 8.15 AM. A Quick Blast up the Highway to the KARUAH AMPOL TRUCK STOP, for a Hearty breakfast, then on towards Karuah via the Scenic Lakes Way Road. First stop…Blueys Beach
What a great little beach this is, a Surfers Dream, Next stop HAWKS HEAD LOOKOUT, high up on the headland, terrific views of North south East & West, quite a hike up to the observation tower on top of the hill, but
Worth the effort. Hawks Head was named by Captain James Cook in 1777
As he sailed ( CRUZED ? ) by. No Whales sited, maybe next time !
Next stop the Fishermans Co-op at Karuah for Sea food Lunch.
At 3 PM we decided to start heading homeward via the Pacific Highway,
With an Ice Cream stop & Fuel Top up at Nabiac. Once again we all had a great day out in our Cruzers , Cruzin together and having a Ton of Fun.
